Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We provide both domestic and international shipping services with multiple fulfillment modes based on location, urgency, and order specifics.
Standard Domestic Shipping:
Delivery within 4–6 business days from dispatch.
Complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding ₹1499; applicable Pan India.
Expedited Domestic Shipping:
Delivery within 2–3 business days, applicable only to select PIN codes in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore.
Fees are dynamic and calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package size.
International Shipping:
Estimated delivery between 5–7 business days, subject to customs clearance and regional logistics.
Charges are determined by destination country and volumetric package weight; reflected during checkout.
Note: Unexpected delays due to customs procedures or remote area constraints are beyond our control.
Order Processing Timelines
Standard processing time is 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
During high-volume periods (e.g., festive seasons), processing timelines may extend marginally.
Personalized, custom-built, or bulk orders may require additional processing lead time; customers shall be notified in such cases individually.
Packaging & Gift Presentation
Every order is packaged using premium materials to ensure product integrity and visual appeal; breakable items receive additional protective layering.
All hampers are hand-curated and wrapped with aesthetic detail, ensuring a high-quality unboxing experience reflective of our brand ethos.
Tracking Information
Upon dispatch, a tracking number and carrier information will be sent to the registered email ID, enabling real-time shipment monitoring.
Tracking activation may require up to 24 hours post-shipment depending on the courier partner’s sync cycle.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Our system currently permits one shipping address per transaction; clients wishing to dispatch products to multiple recipients must initiate separate individual orders.
We do not consolidate split shipments or accommodate mid-order address bifurcation.
Address Modifications & Order Discrepancies
Customers are expected to validate shipping information prior to checkout; we shall not be liable for mis deliveries or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Post-dispatch, no changes to the shipping address will be entertained under any circumstance.

Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Shipments
Customers must report any lost, damaged, or tampered packages within 48 hours of recorded delivery, along with the original order number, an unedited unboxing video capturing the full opening of the package. In the absence of a valid unboxing video, claims may be declined.
Upon verification, appropriate redressal (refund or replacement) shall be determined on a case-by-case basis; courier partners may also require investigation periods.
Holiday & Festive Shipping Advisory
During peak gifting periods or regional holidays, delivery timelines may be extended due to logistical bottlenecks.
Clients are strongly encouraged to place holiday orders at least 7 calendar days in advance to ensure timely delivery and mitigate unexpected delays.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments crossing Indian borders, the recipient is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees as mandated by the destination country’s regulations. These costs are not included in the order invoice or shipping fee and may be collected directly by the destination country's authorities. We hold no liability for delivery delays arising from customs clearance processes or refusal to pay duties by the recipient.
