Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are permitted strictly within 24 hours from the time of order placement, subject to the condition that the order has not been processed or dispatched; once shipped or prepared for shipment, cancellations will not be accommodated.
Cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively via WhatsApp at +91 9082294137, clearly stating the order number and intent to cancel.
Orders including personalized, custom-designed, or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances once the order is confirmed; no exceptions will be made.
All international orders, irrespective of their status, are considered final, non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable upon payment confirmation.

Return Policy

Return requests shall be entertained solely in cases involving physical damage during transit, defective merchandise, or fulfillment errors (e.g., incorrect item delivered); buyer’s remorse or subjective dissatisfaction will not constitute grounds for return.
All return requests must be submitted within three (3) business days from the date of delivery; failure to initiate within this window shall render the product ineligible for return.
Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, accompanied by the original packaging, inserts, and protective materials.

The following items are strictly non-returnable:
Customized or personalized products, Perishable goods or edible items, Personal care or hygiene-related items, Items returned after the 3-day window

Initiation of a return request must be accompanied by:
The original order number
A clear, unedited video recording of the unboxing from the moment the seal is broken
Relevant photographs and/or video evidence of the defect/damage

Claims without a proper unboxing video will be deemed invalid and shall not be processed under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the returned product passing a quality check confirming it is unused, undamaged, and compliant with return eligibility.
Upon approval, refunds will be initiated within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days and will be credited to the original method of payment only; alternate refund routes are not permitted.
Refunds shall exclude original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).
In cases of cancellation after dispatch, applicable deductions shall include Forward shipping charges, Return-to-origin (RTO) charges, A flat 5% restocking fee
Partial refunds may be issued solely at our discretion for products returned in a condition that differs from the original state, including signs of usage, repackaging discrepancies, or missing accessories.
Refunds shall not be applicable to items returned without prior approval or those returned in contravention of the above clauses.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges will only be facilitated for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, and must be reported within three (3) business days of receipt.
To request an exchange, customers must contact WhatsApp at +91 9082294137, providing: The order number, a mandatory unedited unboxing video, Evidence of defect or incorrect product, Exchange approval is subject to verification and product availability; Le Grandeur Gifting reserves the right to determine the appropriate form of redress on a case-by-case basis.

General Terms
Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address, recipient non-availability, or refusal to accept will be treated as cancellations post-dispatch and refunded subject to all applicable deductions as outlined.
This policy is subject to amendment at any time without prior notification. Continued use of our services shall imply acceptance of all revised terms.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
